Patrick O'Donnell of the Dept. of Philosophy at Santa Barbara City College was kind enough to email me a copy of his health law bibliography, which has many citations that shade into policy & ethics as well.

It was kind of you to post the bibliography. I just wanted to correct the spelling of my last name: Patrick S. O'Donnell
Way back in high school, when I played a bit of football, I was the quarterback and the center's (the person hiking the ball to me) name was Patrick O'Connell. He happened to be the team captain as well. However, the public address announcer often assumed the program was incorrect, and thus I was announced as the captain (as the quarterback often has a leadership role) instead of my friend Patrick. Needless to say, this made me fill awful, as he deserved the recognition. In short, it seems the tables have turned!
